Our National Philanthropy
While we do bring awareness about other topics, alpha Kappa Delta Phi’s national philanthropy is Breast Cancer Awareness. During the month of October, National Breast Cancer Awareness month, our sisters unite and dedicate the entire month working on our efforts to do service, raise funds, and give back. Of course, that doesn't stop us from raising funds for our philanthropy all year round!

To dedicate at least one Service Event per chapter/colony to Breast Cancer Awareness in October

BCA RESOURCE
BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH 2021
To kick off BCA Month 2021, we started with the classic BCA Bingo Board where anyone could donate to any sister with a bingo board on Instagram! As the month progressed, we were able to host the Bra Pong and Musubi for Boobies fundraisers. Our last event of the month concluded with Karts for Cancer where the sisters of NIU alpha Kappa Delta Phi collabed with NIU ESports. There students on campus were able to register and compete against each other in a Mario Kart Tournament. It was a blast seeing everyone
